15/365 Newport Dock #5
Spent the weekend in Otter Rock. It was the foggiest I think I've ever seen it. We drove into Newport and wandered along dock #5. Pretty much just us, the boats, a few stray fisherman, a guy selling crabs, and a seagull or two.
